Nightmare at the Bookfair Book Review

What if you were asked to help organize a book fair, and at said book fair, you get knocked out by a stack of books. And then, you wake up to find yourself in a horror novel with a crazed psychopath, then a fiction novel playing in the super bowl, or in a superhero novel helping an outrageous hero named Captain Obvious. That is what happens to Trip in "Nightmare at the Bookfair." And all he wanted to do was play Lacrosse! Dan Gutman (the hilarious author of some of my favorite kids novels including "The Homework Machine" and "Talent Show") writes a story that's creepy and mysterious in one moment, and laugh out loud funny in the next. This is the perfect book for some light reading. Maybe get in a couple of chills, and a bunch of laughs. This book can be enjoyed by all ages, but it is perfect for kids ages 10-12
